Today myself and Alex trained J-rock, this is three sets of pulling and three sets of pulling excercises. The goal is to get as many reps as possible.
In this video clip we are on the pushing part of the program, we start with the hardest pushing excercise, handstand push ups (HSPU). We do as many as possible then shake out our arms and move to assisted HSPU (as seen in video clip). From there we move to down dog push ups with feet on wall and moving feet down to 35cm box.
This is me just having fun doing press-ups to beats using the BXT, great fun and you get a good workout….not sure about the dancing though!!
