Today we had the pleasure of training with a group of training bloggers. The event was planned by Sophia of www.uppochhoppa.se and also included Åsa of www.ehrnholm.se along with Emelie , Henrik, Åsa Katarina, Frida and Sanna.
We first had a run through of some of the equipment we have , including BXT, Jungle Jym XT, PUR, Power wheel and Thy sandball. Then we began with a session of Jungle gym slide throughs alternating with pole climbs, four of the class followed this program while the rest of the class done the kettlebell version ie: kettlebell backpresses and kettlebell rows.
We then had HIIT circut, this included JGXT leg curls,plyo boxes,foot-up lunges,jump rope, thy sand ball slams and BXT tiger press-ups. This was in a 15/15 for four rounds format.

We then moved on to some power wheel excercises to finish off with some core excercises. Once again thanks to all for turning up despite the bad weather, I hope you picked up a new training excercise while you were here.
