We are now begining a new eight week cycle, this will be based on alternating strength and conditioning workouts, includes a variety of both bodyweight excercises, and using kettlebells. Our lunchtime pass has some places available, so it would be great to see some new faces. You are never too late to get started.
Mondays, Wedensday and Fridays will be strength training , leaving Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for conditioning.
Today was conditioning, and we did a Prison 20-1 workout, this was a tough one, you begin with 20 burpees followed by 20 double skipping rope jumps, then 19 of each 18,17,16 down to 1 of each excercise, our time was 19 minutes and we will be looking to improve this time over the following weeks.
